International Service of Celebration for Le Grand Départ at 6:30pm at All Saints’ church… one of the blessings of putting the liturgy for it together has been thinking about just how many people have said these words in so many languages in so many places so many times over so many centuries…
The Lord’s prayer
All: Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.

German reader: Dein Reich komme;

Spanish reader: El pan nuestro de cada dia, danoslo hoy.

but deliver us from evil.
