We were delighted to hear yesterday that the UK has pledged £38 million to Ethiopia as a result of the food crisis in East Africa. This, and the call on other nations to do the same, is welcome news and an answer to prayer.
But we need to keep praying.
The £38 million will provide three months of humanitarian aid to just over a third of those affected in Ethiopia (and just over a tenth of those affected in total). Find out more here.
