Shortly before Christmas we published a new set of written prayers interceding for protection for people in dangerous situations. They included a prayer based on the lyrics of Liz Baddaley’s setting of Psalm 20. Today, we’re delighted to be able to make the sheet music for it available too.
We’ve found this song – and the scripture it is based on – really helpful for praying blessing on, and standing alongside, Christians in dangerous situations or volatile nations.

At the start of this New Year we’re recommitting ourselves to standing alongside missionaries, those working for justice and the persecuted church – in prayer, solidarity and proactive encouragement.
Psalm 20 is a good song to have on our hearts this week as we do this.
